A highly anticipated second phase, this project delivers a gracious community of three-story, tuck-under residential buildings engaging Heritage Road, the central vein of the Otay Ranch master-planned community. Agrarian-architecture characterizes the residences, each offering one-to-two bedrooms along with private garages.
