AMP 30 is a multifamily, mixed-use development located in the vibrant core of the North Park District, a neighborhood known for its eclectic mix of single-family homes and commercial buildings, many repurposed as retail spaces. The design incorporates building step backs along the major frontage to respect the surrounding scale, while the streetscape features a variety of uses, materials, and frontage types that reflect the area’s dynamic urban character. A standout element is the coffee bar in the lobby, designed by the AO Interiors studio. Built from a repurposed storage container, it fosters community interaction and serves as a welcoming social hub. The overall design intent is to create a project that integrates seamlessly with the neighborhood, growing organically from its context and contributing to its evolving identity.
