Located on a high bluff overlooking the mountainous city of Abha, this 5-star resort will include 200 keys with villas across 7-9 stories. The program includes lifestyle and retail, recreation, entertainment, food and beverage complex, casual and fine dining, as well as a multi-purpose hall for patrons to enjoy. The site will be graded with a two-tier pad, with upper and lower elevation and hotel parking that is screened from view by wrapping with retail.
