The project encompasses the renovation of major public spaces and outdoor facilities for the existing 17-story Marriott Hotel. The redesign updates and reinvigorates the main lobby, Garden Court Restaurant, pool terrace, Jasmine Room, Starbucks lobby area, Zen Garden, pre-function areas (FF&E), Serenity Garden, fitness room, and pool area.
