Tom Bergerson offers almost 40 years of comprehensive architectural services and development management experience. He is a team builder that seeks innovative solutions to strategically ensure the client’s development goals are fully addressed.  Tom has a proven reputation leading project teams and acting as the client’s advocate, successfully navigating complicated development hurdles.  He is passionately driven to provide the hands on service necessary to achieve successful results.  He is responsible for a wide range of key project and development activities from project inception through construction administration on a variety of developments including, Manufacturing, Data Centers, and Distribution, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, and Mixed-Use developments.
