Ninad brings major hotel design and construction experience with a primary focus on developing schematic designs into effective construction documents. His expertise in managing the many engineering and specialty sub-consultants has produced well-coordinated and executed contract documents for permitting, bidding and construction. His projects include Hilton Grand Vacations Clubs in Las Vegas, Nevada and Waikoloa, Hawaii as well as currently working on Marriott Residence Inn in Cupertino, an Embassy Suites, Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites and Luxe Hotel on Sunset Blvd.
