An empty lot located just north of the Los Angeles River channel in Reseda is slated for redevelopment with affordable housing, per a new application to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning. AO is designing the contemporary multifamily residential development, which would include a courtyard amenity space at the podium level and habitable spaces fronting the ground level along Reseda Boulevard.
