Completion is nearing for a new multifamily residential development in the Irvine Business Complex, according to a social media post by AO. The project from Intracorp, located at 2055 Main Street, is named Aurum. The five-story, wrap-style apartment complex includes 178 residential units and a parking garage. According to AO’s social media post, the complex also includes a rooftop deck with a pool and other amenities.
