The entire AO family came together at Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park for our Tropic Like It’s Hot Summer Picnic! From fun games and tasty food to heartfelt stories and laughter, it was a day full of unforgettable moments. We cherish this sun-soaked tradition each year—a chance to unwind, shoot the breeze, and connect with coworkers and families. Thank you all for bringing the joy.

AO team members wrapped up our annual Spring Fitness Challenge, logging an impressive 1,262 hours of physical activity! From daily walks and scenic hikes to snowy ski days and even a Spartan Race, 30 days of intentional movement is a milestone worth celebrating. Thank you to everyone who participated and committed to prioritizing health and wellness—one step, mile, or rep at a time.

Taco ‘bout a good time! Last Thursday, AO hosted a festive taco lunch in our Restaurants and Interiors parking lot, giving team members from across our studios a chance to take a break, share a meal, and enjoy the afternoon together. The vibe? Relaxed, fun, and full of flavor.

Bags were flying and competition was a-maize-ing at AO's 5th Annual Nick MacNeil Memorial Cornhole Tournament! Corn-grats to our 2025 Cornhole Champions, Jonathon Weber & Mark Lagunzad! In honor of AO’s 50th Anniversary, this year’s CANstruction OC entry, "The Fight for Hunger Starts with One Can. One Piece. One AO," embodies a decade-long commitment to philanthropy and positive impact in our community. For the past 10 years, we’ve proudly joined CANstruction, partnering with local sponsors to fight hunger, one can at a time. Each build is an opportunity to come together, designing and constructing structures that push the boundaries of creativity and provide thousands of cans of food to those in need—aligning with our values of partnership, service, and innovation. Winning Best Original Design and Best Structural Integrity this year highlights the impact we make together, which truly matters. Here’s to a decade of building partnerships, serving our community, and leading with purpose.
