Harbor Center

AO provided architecture and design services for the transformation of Harbor Center in Costa Mesa, modernizing the established shopping center while preserving its familiar identity. Strategic façade and hardscape improvements, new exterior canopies, updated lighting, and enhanced storefronts create a more contemporary, cohesive, and inviting environment while improving the center’s overall functionality. Improvements to several buildings also accommodated a new grocery anchor, strengthening the tenant mix and positioning Harbor Center for its next chapter as a refreshed neighborhood destination.
