Foothill Village Remodel

Located at the base of the Wasatch Mountains in Salt Lake City’s East Bench neighborhood, Foothill Village has been a community landmark for more than 65 years. Now, the iconic shopping center is undergoing a thoughtful transformation to better serve the needs of today’s residents while preserving its local legacy. The project includes a full remodel of the existing 280,000 SF two-story retail center, along with substantial upgrades to the parking structure and surrounding landscape, park, and hardscape. As part of the renovation, Curtis Park will be enhanced to strengthen pedestrian connections between the park, Foothill Village, and the surrounding neighborhood, creating a more accessible and community-oriented open space. Building facades will be modernized with updated signage and wayfinding, creating a cohesive and contemporary look. Construction is currently underway and expected to be completed by mid-2026. Once finished, the revitalized Foothill Village will offer a more vibrant, functional, and welcoming destination for the surrounding community.
