The development is organized as two architecturally distinct five-story buildings positioned around structured parking and a central landscaped paseo that serves as the primary organizing spine and social heart of the community. The design establishes a clear dual identity, with FORME expressing sculptural massing and arched geometries, and FRAME emphasizing a disciplined structural grid with expansive glazing, both unified through a consistent industrial material palette.
