Encore Irvine is an 830-unit multifamily community located at the intersection of Jamboree Road and MacArthur Boulevard, forming a prominent gateway between Irvine and Newport Beach. The development is organized as three five-story residential buildings connected through a network of landscaped paseos, courtyards, and elevated open spaces that establish a continuous pedestrian experience across the site. Positioned to capture views of the Newport Upper Bay, the project leverages its location above MacArthur Boulevard to create a strong architectural presence along the corridor while maintaining a human-scaled internal environment. The design integrates a series of interconnected outdoor spaces that support circulation, gathering, and recreation, reinforcing a sense of community throughout the property. Rooftop amenities and shared open areas extend residential life beyond the individual units, offering a range of programmed spaces for relaxation and activity. Each building is given a distinct architectural identity while remaining cohesive within a unified site design strategy, allowing the development to read as both a collection of individual residences and a larger urban composition. Through its layered site planning and integrated landscape framework, Encore Irvine establishes a contemporary residential environment that bridges regional connectivity with everyday livability.
