Avenue South

Avenue South is a vibrant mixed-use destination within the larger Centerra community in Loveland, Colorado, designed to bring together dining, retail, office, and residential uses in a cohesive, walkable environment. Designed in collaboration with Michael Hsu Architecture, AO is providing full architectural services for Phase 1, which includes a future grocery store, six single-story retail and restaurant buildings, a three-story office-over-retail building, and four pavilion structures organized around a central plaza. Phase 1 totals approximately 326,000 square feet of commercial development. Inspired by the character of a classic main street, the design emphasizes connectivity, placemaking, and community engagement. Thoughtfully scaled buildings, activated public spaces, and a pedestrian-oriented layout establish Avenue South as the social and economic heart of Centerra—where daily life, work, and leisure seamlessly intersect.
