Located within walking distance of Chinatown Metro Station, Union Station, and multiple bus lines, this modular housing development offers efficient, transit-connected living in downtown Los Angeles. Thoughtfully planned as a high-density infill project on a 1.3-acre site, it delivers 376 studio and one-bedroom units through prefabricated construction, accelerating delivery, reducing environmental impact, and supporting compact urban growth.

The design prioritizes walkability, access to public transit, and integration with the surrounding neighborhood. It includes 6,655 square feet of ground-floor commercial space to activate the street edge, along with open-air courtyards and a rooftop deck for resident gathering. A portion of units are reserved for low-income households under the Affordable Housing Bonus Program, promoting equitable access to housing near major transit corridors.
