Selman Chevrolet Remodel

Selman Chevrolet is the number one volume Chevy dealer and most awarded dealership in Orange County. This remodel consisted of upgrading the existing facility to the newly established General Motors standard. The scope included replacing the existing facade metal paneling and glazing of the primary building, replacing the existing service building, and repainting/refacing the existing pylon sign. Additionally, a new car delivery canopy and front signage arch were added with an additional lane for Chapman Avenue access. A new pylon sign was added to the Tustin Avenue side of the site, and existing security gates were replaced. The scope also included minor interior remodeling of the existing offices and restrooms and upgrading the existing showroom to the new General Motors standards.
