Transforming an underutilized and aging mall, Bolsa Pacific redefines the future of Westminster as a vibrant mixed-use city center. The complete redevelopment of the Westminster Mall creates a walkable, connected community that combines modern multifamily housing, for-sale townhomes, retail, dining, hospitality, and open space. As master architect, AO is providing full-service architecture and planning for the high-density multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and hotel components. The project includes a total of 2,250 units, +/-100k square feet of retail and dining, a 120-key hotel, and 10 acres of open space.

Through close collaboration with city leadership, AO has helped shape a shared vision for Westminster’s next chapter, a lively, inclusive, and enduring urban center that serves as a catalyst for the city’s continued growth and renewal.
