Villa Del Sol

This 194-unit mixed-use modular development is a transformative TCAC-funded project addressing the critical need for affordable housing in San Jose. The 6-story podium-style multifamily community will feature 192 apartments for low-income families and two manager’s units, offering homes to households earning 30% to 70% of the area median income. Complementing the residential component, the development includes a 39,000-square-foot charter school, further enriching the neighborhood with vital educational resources.
