Uniquely located along Interstate 10, this masterplan development preserves the Classic Club precinct and views to the Coachella Valley National Wildlife preserve, maintaining the traditions and legacy of the Berger Foundation. Structured around three development zones, this development will encompass an activated wellness and entertainment driven program including 5-star resort hotels, arenas, dining, and lifestyle all embracing the Classic Club golf course and resort. The northern and southern districts of the development will feature a health campus with medical office buildings, senior housing, and industrial. Linking these zones will be a central connectivity spine with pedestrian walkways and bikeways to foster connection and interaction throughout.
