A community residential network of trails, pathways resident amenities located within a proposed residential community. The park consists of a community pool, shade structures, pool restrooms building and a community building. The terracing topology directed the land-planning design narrative to recall the native California landscape and geology. The pool area has supporting interior spaces that mimic caves and drew inspiration from the new Lascaux IV cave art museum in Montignac, France. Cost-effective green roof conditions were developed above the Cave Pool Community space and supporting restrooms.
