Rancho Cielito

A legacy project brought about through the vision of one of Chino Hills’ founding fathers, this master plan develops generational land to benefit its community and strengthen its connection to its roots. Agrarian-styled, three-story townhomes will provide 345 units along Los Serranos Lake. With the goal to remain authentic to the land’s history and context, the community is designed to recall the site’s agricultural character and embrace its natural surroundings. The design approach seeks to take advantage of the nearby lake and make it a daily interaction for residents. This interaction is accomplished via a lakeside boardwalk, walking paths, children’s play areas, and two bridges that connect the east and west neighborhoods.
