Cloud House redefines multifamily living with a boutique resort-style experience. Located in Stanton, an emerging community along historic Beach Boulevard, it is only the second multifamily project built in the city in 30 years. This five-story wrap development offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom units for creative residents. Its defining ingenuity is the largest rooftop deck in Orange County, a 17,500-square-foot sixth-level retreat atop the parking structure, featuring a pool, spa, community lounge, and fitness studio. Residents also enjoy ground-floor amenities including a leasing office, co-working space, and multiple courtyards.
