In a previous renovation the project scope added a 36,000 cinema to the back of the in-line mall. Also included was selective demolition to enable a drop off / valet area for the cinema tenant, with an additional phase that included a specialty grocer, common area park and three junior anchor retail tenants. Recently a 5-story wrap building and 3-story walkup building replaced the Macy’s East store. The 332-unit community will provide amenities for residents, including a pool area, club room, fitness etc.
