Luna

Located in the Pacific Highlands Ranch mixed use development of Carmel Valley, this multifamily community, brings 79 new affordable housing units to the area. Luna is near retail, dining, schools, a new park, a future library and a transit station. The building types are wood frame, tuck-under with units over the garages and stack flats and will feature one, two, three and four bedroom units. Amenities include elevators, integrated leasing and clubhouse, computer room and laundry facilities. Luna provides housing for the local workforce in a neighborhood normally unaffordable to those of lower income. Luna Apartments is a TCAC project.
