Jeff Simon is an Associate for modular production within the AO Multifamily Studio. With 18 years in the field, his experience ranges across retail, restaurant, single-family, and multifamily residential architecture. Jeff’s focus at AO includes high-density wrap, podium, and high-rise products for market-rate, affordable, and senior housing project types.  As an analytical thinker, Jeff approaches each project with careful attention to detail and critical thinking to solve problems.  He is diligent at exceeding the expectations of the client and maintaining the project objectives throughout production to construction completion.
